THE PLAYER (6) turned in a strong run last time at the first run of the prep when he settled well back before running on hard to be beaten only half a length into second over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Among the chances again. LOVEWILLCOMELATER (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Doomben, beaten 3 lengths. Fitter so expect a better run this time.
