THREEFOLD (13) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish fifth at her latest appearance over 4½f at Newcastle. Well placed on this occasion and gets her chance to break the ice. MAGIC FOREST (12) has not raced since her debut back on May 24 when she finished seventh over 5f at Goulburn. Will have a lot more to offer this time. KING SOLEIL (6) made his debut last start and was just fair in finishing fifth at Port Macquarie over 6f, beaten 5.5 lengths. Expected to do much better. TAIPAN LEGEND (1) returns after four-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 5½f at Scone. Can kick off with a bold showing.
