MRS BULL (10) was well in the market but disappointed backers last time when 8 lengths from the winner in seventh over 7f at Coonabarabran. Generally performs well here and has registered five minor placings. Will prove tough to beat. MS REEVES (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Bathurst, beaten 2 lengths into fourth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SHEN GUI (2) has been in the money at both runs this campaign, finding the line strongly last time to finish third over 7f at Coonamble. Fitter and among the main hopes. SLUSH FUND (8) was in the placings when a length back from the winner last start at Narromine on a soft ground and is down in weight this time. Rates well so don't underestimate.
