BOOMROUX (3) was in contention all the way and fought on for third last start over 6¾f at Ipswich, making it three minor placings in a row. Will need a good ride from Martin Harley off the awkward draw. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. KIWI SPIRIT (7) was beaten for early speed on debut last start but hit the line nicely to get up for second over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so he should pay to follow. CELESTIAL BLAZE (4) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 0.7 lengths from the winner in second over 6f at Eagle Farm. Likely improver who is among the better chances. AIMA SUN (10) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at Gold Coast Poly, beaten 2.25 lengths. Fitter for that run. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
