ALPINE TROUT (6) has been kept fresh since winning over 1m1 1/2f at this track. Kept up to the mark with a recent Devonport Synthetic trial. Hard to beat on best form. THIN RED LINE (9) settled well back then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1m1/4f at this track two weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Right in the mix. GODDESS OF ROCK (3) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 1m2 1/2f at Hobart, getting home by 1. 5 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. TIDEFORD (4) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1m2 1/2f at Hobart, finishing second and beaten 1. 5 lengths. Well placed and should be about the mark.
