MARAMA (10) is a seven-start maiden who finished fourth over 1m2 1/4f at Moe last time out. Going up a level this time but she deserves plenty of thought. GREAT PROSPERITY (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1m3f at Donald after being in contention on the turn. Nicely placed to find winning ways. PALACE WINTER (5) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 3 lengths back in seventh over 7½f at Caulfield Heath. Solid top-three claims. DEELER (2) ran below expectations last start, finishing sixth and beaten 18 lengths at Yarra Valley over 1m1 3/4f. Well placed to make amends.
