Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. COURT OF APPEAL (4) faced the starter for the first time and finished seventh last start at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Turf) over 1m, beaten 7 lengths. Blinkers on and strips fitter. Sure to go well. TINGUS PINGUS (5) was well in the market on debut last start but finished a disappointing seventh at Ellis Park (Turf) over 1m. Better for the experience and can turn things around. TRAPPED IN TIME (6) turned in a moderate debut over 1m at Colonial Downs (Turf) on August 14 when he was safely held in sixth, 10 lengths from the winner. Plenty of scope for improvement. Anticipating a better performance.
