BORN FEARLESS (5) ran another good race last time when second over 7f at Gatton, beaten 0.8 lengths. Nice alley and worth serious consideration. QUARTER RED (7) is yet to break through after six career starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at Dalby two starts back before finishing eighth over 7f at Inverell last time. Cannot be left out of calculations. YONAKA (8) has raced twice. Was third on debut then clocked-in 4.5 lengths from the winner in sixth last time out over 5½f at Gatton. Debut run was good and he looks a great chance to open the account. LIZA IN LIGHTS (13) was beaten 11 lengths into fifth over 1m1 1/2f at Toowoomba six-and-a-half weeks ago. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
