Tougher assignment this time but should measure up. EVAPORATE (1) returns from a layoff of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Ballarat Synthetic. Looks a winning chance. ANGEL CAPITAL (2) lines up for the first time since October 12. Looking to emulate his win at Moonee Valley to kick off the last campaign. One to consider. ACTA NON VERBA (6) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 7f at Flemington. Tackles a much tougher assignment but cannot be underestimated.
