PRAIRIE FLOWER (8) has been racing well this campaign, scoring last start over 5½f in the LR Durbridge Stakes at Morphettville to make it two wins from four runs this time in. Gets back but will wind up late. Leading contender. BAND OF BROTHERS (9) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just 0.7 lengths from the winner in third over 6f in the G3 Manfred Stakes at Sandown-Lakeside. Drawn to advantage. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. INSURRECTION (3) resumes after eight months and looks ready following a comfortable Randwick trial win. Has a high cruising speed. Capable of testing this field. MAHARBA (2) returns from a layoff of ten weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5½f at this track. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
