IRLANDAIS (6) is overdue after five straight minor placings, the latest when narrowly defeated over 1m2 1/4f at Strathalbyn after being prominent throughout. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. COLD TRAIN (3) backs up 10 days after he was well-supported at Warrnambool and finished third over 1m2f. Nice run last time and should be in the finish. CIRCA (2) produced a better run last start, beaten 6 lengths into sixth over 1m3f at Bendigo. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
