Should be in the finish. SEVENTIES HIT (6) won when fresh from a lay-off two runs back then was well in the market last time but could only manage fifth over 6¼f at this track. Lacey Morrison who has scored on him three times retains the mount. Leading contender. KHABALOV (3) finished ninth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out to score by a long neck over 6¼f at this track. No reason he cannot salute again. PRINCE AKEEM (9) didn't do a bad job when fourth last start over 6¼f at this track. That followed a win at Townsville the start prior. Worth another chance.
