BRING ME TO LIFE (7) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Innisfail, beaten 4 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but with added fitness he is one of the chief contenders. PELSAERT (4) gave a great sight last time over 6f at Atherton when he raced up on the pace and fought on gamely only to be narrowly beaten. Has a decent record at this trip with six minor placings from seven tries and is expected to be in the finish. CALDANTE (8) was last at the races when he finished sixth over 1m1f at Mackay on March 11. Worth plenty of thought. ELLIE'S DREAM (9) finished second last start over 6¼f at this track, beaten 1.3 lengths. Will be rock-hard fit. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
