Race Tip

HAY STREET (14) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 3 lengths when sixth over 5½f in the G3 Vain Stakes at Caulfield. Improvement to come and this is his chance to break through. SEVEN OCEANS (13) has not appeared since she raced on the speed on debut back on June 9 and went down narrowly, finishing second over 6f at Mornington. Looks to have a future so she can return in winning form. BRADFORD (15) hasn't raced since filling a minor placing at Sale over 6f five-and-a-half weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a recent trial at Mornington. Serious contender. LET IT BEEL (16) is back after a break of five months. At the last run before the layoff he finished fourth over 6½f at Sandown-Lakeside. Placed in a recent trial. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise.
