SHOOTING SPIRIT (3) finished 2.25 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Ascot two weeks ago as 2/1 favourite. Steps up in journey. Blinkers have been removed. Should be in the finish. TRULY AWESOME (7) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish eighth, beaten 8 lengths, over 7f at Ascot. Blinkers come off now. Sure to go well. SIMPLY THINKIN' (6) started at 15/2 last time on the back of a win at Bunbury two starts ago but was below her best, finishing seventh over 6f at this track. Finds a nice race and can make amends. CRIMMO (1) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Dylan Bairstow stable. Hasn't raced since finishing eighth at Bendigo three-and-a-half months ago. Placed in a recent trial and goes well fresh from a lay-off, filling a placing two times from three runs. Not to be underestimated.
