WHITE LIAR (2) stuck on well last start to finish second over 6f at Canberra after showing good early speed. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. CHOICE WITNESS (7) was far from disgraced when third last start over 5½f at Dubbo, beaten 1.1 lengths. That followed a win at Dubbo the start prior. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. VENATIC (6) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 4f at Gilgandra, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Will be better for that latest run and is expected to run well again. SPIRITS BURN DEEP (5) ran a better race last start, finishing 1.4 lengths away in fourth over 4½f at Goulburn. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
