PACKER (2) finished third two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 0.7 lengths over 7f at this track. Likely to be in the finish again. RHUMBADU (9) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 6f at Sapphire Coast after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. OBELIUS (4) strode forward early from his wide draw last start over 6¾f at Wyong only to fade late and finish fourth. Solid top-three claims. ATOMIC FORTY SEVEN (8) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth over 6f at Nowra. Strips fitter and can turn things around.
