THINKYAHOT (3) caught the eye last start over 6f at Sale, coming from well back to finish half a length from the winner in third. Should be at his peak now so he should play a major role again. LIFT NET (9) stepped out for his debut over 6f at Pakenham back on February 5 and finished fourth, beaten 6 lengths. Blinkers come off. Looks hard to beat. PEIRIANT (1) has been freshened up since he finished fifth over 5f at Sale five-and-a-half weeks ago. Jason Maskiell stays on and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Expected to measure up. ALPHABET (4) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Sale but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Mornington, finishing ninth and beaten 12 lengths. Finds a nice race and can atone.
