KING'S ANCHOR (4) found the line nicely to grab third last time out over 1m at Swan Hill. Sure to be putting in the big strides late again. BULL RUN (2) made considerable ground in the run home to finish third last start over 1m at Seymour. Key runner who can get home hard into the finish. BAROSSA VALLEY (1) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 6 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m3f at Donald after being in the firing line on the turn. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. LAKES ENTRANCE (5) is a six-start maiden who is knocking on the door after a narrow defeat last start over 1m2f at Kilmore after being prominent at the bend. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is right in contention.
