SHE'S A CON (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she was never in contention over 7f175yards at Mt Gambier, beaten 12 lengths into ninth. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. EM SIXTY (9) got off the mark over 1m at Swan Hill last start, scoring by a neck. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Declan Bates who was on board last start. Sure to prove tough to beat again with that win now under his belt. SHULTZY (2) returned from a lay-off three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 4.5 lengths into seventh over 7½f at Geelong. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CHOSEN VENTURE (5) was in the money two starts back at Swan Hill but couldn't back it up last time when eighth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Cranbourne over 6½f. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
