CONTROLLED ZONE (6) caught the eye last start over 5½f at Geelong, coming from well back to finish a neck from the winner in second. Hasn't been far away this time in work with five minor placings from six starts. Should be hard to stop. GRAND INTENTION (12) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 6f at Donald. Should be on-pace despite the tricky draw. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. MOAKSUN (2) was last at the races when he finished sixth over 5½f at this track on August 8. Makes plenty of appeal. HOT CHIPS (13) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished tenth over 6f at Yarra Valley. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Balnarring. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
