SIGNOR BILL (6) did a good job last start to finish second at Pakenham over 6f, beaten a head. Cherry-ripe now. Extra trip a plus hard to beat. ROYAL VICTORY (5) showed promise on debut last time out when in the money over 7f at Geelong, beaten 2.5 lengths. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so a big run is anticipated. HALO PHENOMENA (2) missed the placings on debut then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Geelong, beaten a long neck after being in contention on the corner. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. PRINCE PINOT (3) got a long way back when 16 lengths from the winner in eighth over 5f at Bendigo last start, a less impressive effort than his fifth on debut at this track the run before. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he will be hard to beat.
