LE DERRIERE (4) has been freshened since finishing fourth over 6f at Pakenham. Kept up to the mark with a recent Caulfield Heath trial. Among the chances and expected to feature. MARILYN'S EDGE (10) showed good early speed when resuming before fading right out of it to finish sixth, beaten 5.5 lengths, at Sandown-Hillside. Fitter and the blinkers come off. One of the main hopes. THUNDER PARK (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Kyneton, beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
