Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back in the headlines for his workouts but even for his standards, this is outrageous.

The Swedish forward, who is recovering from injury after eight goals in 15 league appearances for AC Milan, has gone viral with his latest video on social media.

Ibrahimovic shared a clip of himself doing sit-ups while hanging upside down from a punch bag.

He's 40 years old! Then again, lions don't train the same as humans.

SOCCER: Egypt may have had their hearts broken atthe Africa Cup of Nations final but it didn't stop Mo Salah from delivering a speech to his team-mates.

It translates to: "We played four matches all 120 minutes in about 12 days, but it's in the past now, we have the games against them next month and inshallah we will take revenge on them."

SOCCER: Things we love to see...

Luka Modric is quite the fans favourite at Los Blancos and according to Fabrizio Romano, they can expect to see him playing in the Spanish capital until at least 2023.

The Croatian midfielder joined the club in 2012 from Tottenham and has won La Liga twice as well as four Champions League titles.

SOCCER: It's safe to say Ralf Rangnick has had a rocky start since becoming Manchester United manager.

Not only has he had disagreements with Anthony Martial - who left to join Sevilla on loan for the rest of the season - but he is also dealing with players who are set to be out of contract at the end of the season.

However, one positive is that the German coach has revealed his relationship with Jesse Lingard is back on track following the midfielder's social media outburst.

Now that's cleared up, we're sure Lingard will be relieved to be back in contention to make his four-minute substitute appearances.

    SOCCER: He's at it again.

Jack Grealish was spotted being denied entry to a bar after appearing intoxicated.

The England ace was out with fellow Man City team-mates Riyad Mahrez and Kyle Walker and while he looked worse for wear, Pep Guardiola said his behaviour was "perfect".

We prefer to show you some other footage which is certainly 'perfect' in our eyes.
