SOCCER: With Phil Neville looking increasingly likely to be their new head coach, Inter Miami look to be going for someone with extensive MLS experience for their sporting director hire.
Henderson, who played for the Miami Fusion in 2001, is considered one the best talent evaluators in the league. He narrowly missed out on the role in 2018, with Inter Miami eventually opting for Paul McDonough.
Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham is taking a more active role this season and is expected to hire his former Manchester United and England teammate Neville as head coach in the coming days.
Neville had been expected to lead Team GB at the Olympics after his tenure at as England women's manager expired.

Caicedo Brighton-bound?
SOCCER: He was linked with Gabriel Heinze’s Atlanta, Manchester United and Chelsea among others, but it appears Brighton might be his unlikely destination. Not that he'll be beside the seaside for long, with the 19-year-old expected to immediately go on loan to Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise.

Rowe going home
SOCCER: His tattoo of the Seattle skyline should help endear him to the home fans who have been waiting some years for their prodigal son to return to his home state. Rowe, now 29, made more than 200 appearances for New England Revolution.
