Busy transfer market coming up for Chelsea; Mendes wants to send Nuno to Spurs

Chelsea look set for big moves in the summer transfer window - for players joining and leaving the club, especially in forward positions. Elsewhere, the search for Spurs' new manager intensifies.

Chelsea hope to re-sign Lukaku, put valuation on Abraham; Giroud unlikely to renew

Chelsea are reportedly preparing to table a bid of £90million to bring Romelu Lukaku back to the club, according to The Sun.

This attempted move comes as a result of the Stamford Bridge club apparently accepting that they won't be able to sign Erling Braut Haaland in the summer.

Lukaku struggled to get regular first-team football with the Blues between 2011 and 2014, but has since become one of the best strikers in the world.

As a result, Tammy Abraham looks set to leave Chelsea in the summer, with the Telegraph claiming that the club value the England striker at £40million, with Aston Villa currently 2/1 favourites with Sky Bet to sign the striker.

Meanwhile, Olivier Giroud looks set to leave the club in the summer on a free transfer, with Goal reporting that the Frenchman is unlikely to renew his deal at Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal may sell Bellerin to bring in Norwich defender

Arsenal are willing to sell right-back Hector Bellerin in the summer, in the hope of bringing Norwich City's Max Aarons to the club, report 90min.

The England U21 international has been valued by the Canaries at £25million and the youngster has been linked with Barcelona in the past.

Currently, Everton are 6/4 favourites to sign the Englishman - where he would link up with former Norwich team-mate Ben Godfrey in defence.

Sky Bet also have a move to Manchester United at 7/4, but the Gunners are not currently priced up for a move for Aarons.

For Bellerin, meanwhile, Sky Bet have PSG as his most likely destination this summer at 11/4, followed by Barcelona at 5/1 and AC Milan at 12/1.

Super-agent hopes to engineer move for Nuno to Spurs

Jorge Mendes has reportedly 'offered' Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo to become the new Tottenham manager, write The Sun.

Nuno is an extremely popular presence at Molineux, having taken Wolves back into the Premier League and establishing them as a big presence in the top flight.
This move may have come too late for the Portuguese manager's chances of landing the role, however, with multiple sources claiming on Wednesday that Spurs have made contact with Ajax manager Erik ten Hag, to secure his services as manager.

As a result, Ten Hag has moved to be odds-on at 8/11 with Sky Bet to become the next permanent Tottenham manager, with Brendan Rogers, Graham Potter and Maurizio Sarri all the way out at 12/1. Nuno is available at 14/1 to make the move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
