Salt Papi vs King Kenny: Free tips, betting guide, prediction, full card and where to watch Misfits Boxing Qatar Supercard
The Lusail Sports Arena in Doha is bracing for a huge night of Misfits Boxing as the likes of Salt Papi, King Kenny, AnEsonGib and Slim Albaher take centre stage on Thursday, November 28.
There will be a total of 10 fights on what promises to be an explosive night in Qatar as the world’s biggest YouTubers and influencers battle it out for championships and bragging rights.
If you followed the hype of Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson and were left bitterly disappointed, you might want to give this a go.
While the quality of boxing is questionable, a lot of the fights are evenly matched. Plus, there’s no 58-year-olds involved.
Here, we take a closer look at the two main fights and share our tips ahead of fight night this Thursday night.
Salt Papi vs King Kenny verdict
One of the most anticipated fights on the card is the big light-heavyweight showdown between Salt Papi and King Kenny.
The Filipino TikTok sensation has lost a considerable amount of weight since starting his boxing journey in 2022 and boasts a 5-2 record.
Salt Papi has boxed twice this year, stopping Poland’s Amadeusz Ferrari and Dawood Savage.
King Kenny enters this bout as the slight underdog at around the 6/5 mark. The British YouTuber boasts a 5-3 record, picking up a second-round TKO win over Adam Brooks last time out.
Just over a year ago, Kenny went the distance with Anthony Taylor – a former Bellator MMA contender and pro boxer.
There has been a lot of mind games ahead of the fight as promotion of the event ramps up.
Salt Papi’s team have allegedly tried to change the fight from a six-round contest to five, stating that was the initial agreement in the contract.
The argument regarding the total number of rounds rages on as anticipation for this big co-main event clash continues to grow.
In terms of who will get their hand raised, we’re backing King Kenny to prevail.
The Brit has looked impressive in recent outings and offers more value in the betting.
AnEsonGib vs Slim Albaher verdict
The main event on Thursday sees AnEsonGib and Slim Albaher clash for the Misfits middleweight championship.
Since a TKO loss to Jake Paul back in 2020, AnEsonGib has enjoyed a four-fight winning run.
Slim, meanwhile, is undefeated at 7-0 and has five knockouts under his belt. His last victory came over Salt Papi back in October last year.
Despite this, AnEsonGib is priced as the favourite by the bookies at 8/11. Slim, meanwhile, is available at around the 5/4 mark.
Once again, we’re going with the paper underdog. Slim’s impressive record, solid recent performances and value in the betting market makes us lean towards him.
