Ekaterina Alexandrova v Coco Gauff
Second seed Gauff has got her sights on her fifth straight French Open quarter-final when she takes on Ekaterina Alexandrova.
The American is yet to drop a set at Roland Garros this year, winning all of her first three matches in straight sets.
Gauff reached the final in Madrid and Rome ahead of the French Open and she will be expecting another long run in Paris.
Alexandrova has also won her first three matches in straight sets and the Russian will be looking to pull off a major shock.
Having already equalled her best grand slam result, the 30-year-old is now eyeing the quarter-finals - something you wouldn’t put past her considering the strong run of form she has been on.
TIP: Over 2.5 sets
Cameron Norrie v Novak Djokovic
Novak Djokovic secured his place in the fourth round with a straight sets victory over Filip Misolic. Trouble is, nobody really watched that as it took place at the same time as the Champions League final.
It’s fair to say that everyone will be watching his next game, as Djokovic prepares to take on Britain’s Cameron Norrie in a potential barnstormer.
The Serb is one win away from recording a historic 100th match victory at Roland Garros – something he hasn’t done at any other grand slam.
Norrie, meanwhile, has enjoyed a terrific run at the French Open this year, beating Daniil Medvedev in the earlier rounds.
The Brit has lost all his five previous meetings with Djokovic but ran him close in their last meeting in Geneva.
TIP: Over 3.5 sets – 6/5
Jannik Sinner v Andrey Rublev
World number one Jannik Sinner simply manhandled Jiri Lehecka in the previous round, winning the match 6-0, 6-1, 6-2.
The Italian won 11 straight games, effectively sealing victory before the match had the chance to get going.
Andrey Rublev has done well to reach this stage of the French Open considering his recent drop in form.
The Russian is far from the force he once was, but thanks to a walkover from Arthur Fils in the previous round, Rublev now has the chance to earn what would be a potentially season-changing victory.
Trouble is, Rublev’s last two French Open campaigns were both ended by Italians and Sinner is more than capable of making it a hat-trick.
