Our partners at Tipstrr have been studying their extensive data to provide us with one of their most widely-tipped prospects at Monday evening’s all-weather meeting at Wolverhampton.

20:00 Wolverhampton: Build Your Acca with BetUK Handicap (1 mile 4 furlongs)

There’s a few here will be lining up with high hopes, but they will all have their work cut out finishing ahead of the short-priced favourite Footsy, who won impressively over this course and distance last month, although failed to land the odds when firm favourite over a longer trip here 10 days ago.

That should offer a glimmer of optimism to Louisiana bay, who has been knocking at the door of a maiden win with two recent runner-up spots, while Lost In Time could be worth watching if able to recapture the form that earned him a spot in Lingfield’s winners’ circle last month.

It’s hard to get too excited about the four runners priced at 25/1 and above, which leaves Virtual Hug, Lochnaver and Pysanka as the best each-way options, with the latter tending to save his best for this venue, landing a win and two runner-up spots in his last five visits here.

Similarly at home at the Wolverhampton track is Virtual Hug, who has raced nowhere else since returning to all-weather racing in October.

His seven outings have yielded one success and a few near misses, and it seems noteworthy that this step up in trip coincides with the the booking of all-weather specialist Rossa Ryan, who is in the six-year-old’s saddle for the first time.

Ryan is prolifically successful at this venue (among others), landing 96 winners and a further 134 places from over 500 rides at Wolverhampton over the last five years, and can also boast of five winners among his last 25 rides over the last five days.

Suggested best bet: Virtual Hug each-way in the 20:00 at Wolverhampton
