17:30 (Wolverhampton) It's Not Risky

It’s Not Risky has found his niche upped to middle distances, with a double on the cards in the Best Odds Guaranteed At BetMGM Handicap.

Four starts from seven to nine furlongs on the turf provided little joy, but upped to a mile and three furlongs at Southwell on his most recent run, It’s Not Risky finally got his head in front for Hugo Palmer.

He eases back in distance to an extended nine furlongs, having run well over that distance at Dunstall Park back in November.

18:00 (Wolverhampton) Mister Dandy

Master Dandy can build on a narrow victory last time out by winning the Always Gamble Responsibly With BetUK Novice Stakes at Wolverhampton.

James Fanshawe’s four-year-old showed some ability when an admittedly well-beaten third on his racecourse debut, but it was still a performance with some promise, as he was slow to break before making late progress.

The son of Dandy Man was then off the track from that run in May until November, when he showed his initial impression to have been correct in securing a hard-fought nose success over Mattella, who has been placed again since.

That Newcastle victory came over six furlongs but he should have the pace to be equally as effective over the minimum trip, with that recent outing putting a racing edge on him.

19:00 (Wolverhampton) Tathmeen

Tathmeen could be hard to beat in the Find More Big Deals At Betuk Handicap.

He is a Newcastle specialist and has won here on many occasions, with the most recent victory coming in November 2022.

In his last outing at Newcastle, he finished less than one length behind the winner in third over six furlongs.

He can start slowly but recent performances have suggested that his winning turn could be near.

20:00 (Wolverhampton) Footsy

Footsy has a leading chance in the Build Your Acca With Betuk Handicap at Wolverhampton.

He finished third on his last outing at this track, where he was by eight lengths over one mile and six furlongs,

Two runs ago, he won here in a handicap over the same distance which he led from early on.

Wolverhampton selections in full:

Wolverhampton: 16:30 Big Narstie, 17:00 Dreamcasing, 17:30 It's Not Risky, 18:00 Master Dandy, 18:30 Gustav Graves, 19:00 Tathmeen, 19:30 Lynwood Lad, 20:00 Footsy, 20:30 Aeroplane Mode.
