STAR TERRITORY (5) drifted well back when resuming last start before winding up strongly to just miss when third over 6f at Kyneton. Will drift back but is expected to be in the finish again. SHAME ON SUE (10) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 13 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when seventh over 5½f at Colac, beaten 3 lengths. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. ELLY DEE (9) is backing up 10 days after she was safely held in fifth over 6f at Sale against better opposition. Capable of putting that recent failure behind her. ABSOLUTE DEEL (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2 1/2f at Stony Creek, beaten 6 lengths into ninth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
