CONDONE (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f87yards at Muswellbrook, beaten 1. 1 lengths into fifth. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to take this out. EDGE OF MIDNIGHT (8) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 5 lengths into 11th over 6f at this track. Second up record is very strong. Likely improver with strong prospects. WAEREA (6) is back at the races for the first time since March 26. Scored over 7f at Kembla Grange at the start of last prep. Has found the right race and is worth including. OVERTOOK (10) turned things around last start and scored by a nose over 5½f at Nowra. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
