GLADSTONE GRANDE (7) turned in a strong performance when resuming when in the money at Hawkesbury but disappointed last time when sixth, beaten 12 lengths, at Canberra Acton over 5f87yards after being prominent at the turn. Taking on a better line-up this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. DEVIOUS MIND (18) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 4 lengths away in sixth over 4½f at Newcastle after being in the firing line on the corner. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. HIGHWIRE FLYER (17) ran a better race last start, finishing 1.4 lengths away in fourth over 6f at Bathurst. Capable of featuring prominently.
