JAEX (9) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 2.5 lengths when eighth over 6f at Newcastle two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. PROUD IMAGE (10) raced below her best last time when sixth over 7f at Bathurst, beaten 5.5 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. REGGIE'S BOY (4) finished fourth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by half a length after being in contention on the corner over 6f87yards at Muswellbrook. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. HEADSTOCK (8) was beaten 2.2.5 lengths into sixth over 6f at Kembla Grange last time out. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
