Race Tip

NIKITA'S GEM (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 17 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade so she is sure to be prominent. MAXINE MAGIC (2) turned in a fine effort to win by 7 lengths at this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. DESIGN DIVA (7) recorded a strong maiden win over 7½f at this track last time, getting there by 2.2.5 lengths. Looks well placed and she cannot be underestimated. POETIC AMY (6) settled well back from the inside draw last start before coming home nicely to finish 2.5 lengths away in fourth over 1m1/2f at this track. Sure to be winding up late.
