BROADHURST (6) is yet to break through after five career starts. Could only manage to finish ninth last time out over 1m at Caulfield Heath following a minor placing at Seymour over 1m the run prior. This looks her chance to break through. LEXY ROSE (9) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 5 lengths when sixth over 6¾f at Donald three weeks ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. FRATINEEZE (2) had been racing well prior to finishing 6 lengths back in fourth over 1m at Kilmore. Among the winning hopes on her best efforts. CAPTIVATE LEGEND (7) was prominent at the turn and finished second last time over 6½f at Warrnambool when resuming from a lay-off, beaten one length. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards.
