LANWAR (2) ran below expectations last time after being in the firing line on the bend at Mudgee, finishing sixth and beaten 9 lengths starting at 15/2. Finds a nice race and can atone. PATTERA (4) was prominent at the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 5f at Gilgandra after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. MY TURN ASTERN (3) has not been sighted since he finished fourth over 5f70yards at Wagga Riverside on December 22. Definite chance.
