Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. SOMETHING FORJO (5) finished out of the money two starts back then she was always well out of her ground and was beaten 3 lengths when fourth in a 1m contest at Toowoomba three-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ARDUOUS (6) resumes from a lay-off of six months and is having her first outing under new trainer Jack Bruce. Finished fifth at Canterbury over 6¼f at the opening run last time in work. Fitter for a minor placing in a recent Doomben trial. Sure to make her presence felt. HURRICANE ROSIE (4) last appeared on September 22 when a good seventh over 1m3f at Grafton, beaten 2 lengths. Among the better hopes.
