MAFIOSA (10) finished second, beaten 1. 75 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Toowoomba. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. MISS HIGHFALUTIN (14) remains a maiden after eight runs. Had plenty of admirers last time but could only manage to finish seventh over 7f at Gold Coast. Expected to feature in the finish this time. HAPPY WINS (9) is back after a break of eight months. At the last run before the layoff she finished fifth over 6f at Ipswich. Tuned up with a fourth in a recent trial at Eagle Farm. Can kick off with a bold showing.
