Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ARTGIRL (6) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 7f at Newcastle. Among the leading chances. SALOON PASSAGE (11) made a strong late bid only to just miss as favourite last start over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Should be near her peak for this. Must raise the bar but she has the talent to test this line-up. CLANWILLIAM (4) knuckled down strongly to get within 1. 2 lengths of the winner in third last start over 7f at Randwick Kensington.
