CALIFORNIA GRASS (6) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 1m4f at Rosehill. Will drift back but will be getting home hard. STING IN THE TAIL (7) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage sixth over 1m1f at Rosehill. Look for a better run this time out. MAJORIAN (2) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten a nose, over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Likely improver with winning claims.
