EMPRESS OF THE SUN (14) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished one length away in fourth last time out over 1m4 3/4f at Morphettville after being in contention on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. MY UNCLE DID IT (15) stuck on well last start to finish second over 1m3f at Donald after showing good early speed. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she cannot be underestimated. EL JAMES (3) was not disgraced in city class last time when fifth at Morphettville Parks but back to home course this time. Will find this easier than last start. Sure to be competitive. KHANT BEE (8) was a gutsy winner in a then ran ninth over 1m2f at Stawell on April 5. Meets a tougher line-up this time but is among the better hopes.
