WINNING TOAST (4) returns from a break of three-and-a-half months. Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a eighth over 1m at Flemington. Ideally placed to score while fresh. DANZSIN (11) accounted for a maiden field over 7f at this track last start, finishing 4 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Linda Meech was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. HE'S GODSPEED (3) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6½f at Coleraine. Going up a level this time but he is up to the challenge. MATROOSHI (10) produced a better run last start, beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 5½f at Bendigo. No surprise to see her in the frame.
