MEISHO (11) was handy on straightening and went on to finish third last start over 5½f at Kilmore, beaten 0. 6 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. BUBION (10) started this prep with a win two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when prominent at the bend before winding up in fourth over 5½f at Bendigo, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out. EXUMA (2) is having his first run since May 5. Goes very well when fresh with two wins from three starts, the latest over 5f at Werribee at the start of last prep. Placed in a recent trial. Should be prominent. NIGHTIME STAR (12) went to the lead from the low draw last time out and was still there on straightening, eventually finishing third over 6f at Ballarat. Should give backers a sight again.
