GOLDEN GARDEN (5) raced here on his home turf just 10 days ago and did a good job to finish 4 lengths away in third over 1m3 3/4f. Strong run last time and is worth following up. EIGHT MARTINIS (2) finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1m2f at Mornington, an improvement on his 13th at Ballarat the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. BLAZING GURU (3) got off the mark with an impressive maiden win last time out over 1m2 1/2f at Horsham. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Thomas Stockdale was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. This is tougher but she is capable of another big run. DEMPSEY GIRL (10) broke her maiden last start over 1m3 3/4f at this track, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
