NAVAL ACADEMY (7) was a new acquisition for the Ciaron Maher stable last start when he made steady ground to run into second over 5f at Sale at the first run back from a lay-off. Expected to run well again. THISISMYTURF (4) settled well back last start and never threatened when 4 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. RIVKIN (1) was in contention on the bend and finished second last time over 6f at Horsham, beaten half a length. Has raced four times here and has never missed the frame. Facing a tougher assignment but he is up to the task. RUN LIKE HELL (3) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing eighth over 5½f at Caulfield. Drawn to go forward. Solid claims on best form.
