SMART ROOSTAR (3) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage 11th over 6½f at Narromine. Can improve sharply. THE HULKBUSTER (9) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at this track. Finds an easier assignment and can turn things around. HOORINI (7) is on a quick back-up after finishing sixth in better company 10 days ago over 5f at Dubbo. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. MY ODDETTE (2) finished 3.5 lengths adrift in seventh last time over 5½f at Narromine in a disappointing performance. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
