SHIMSHALAR (6) turned in a handy position before finishing second last start over 4½f at Murray Bridge, beaten half a length. Melissa Julius gets the best out of this four-year-old mare. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. RAGING MONKEY (8) was narrowly beaten at a huge quote last time out, finishing second over 5f at Donald. A repeat of that last effort puts him right in this. SILVER CLIFF (5) is back at the races for the first time since December 1. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5f at Warrnambool. Has to be respected. SANDRINE (7) has put together back-to-back placings after scoring three back at Towong, most recently beaten 3.5 lengths into third over 5½f at Avoca. Well placed to figure prominently again.
