CABLE DE VEGA (12) failed to run a strong 1m last start after a close second over 1m at Wodonga the run prior. Freshened for this so should run well. SNATCHED (9) progressed nicely last time out when she did her best work late to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 7f at Wagga. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. VAMPIRE MISS (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she settled well back over 1m at Tatura, beaten 6 lengths into seventh. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DON'T TELL SHERIFF (15) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Wagga, finishing second and only 2 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m. Can fill a top-three spot.
