TOM DESJY (8) took a step forward when third on chase debut at Fontwell Park five weeks ago having been well supported in the market. Unexposed compared to a number of his rivals and looks the one to beat. CHER MONSIEUR (4) responded well to first time cheekpieces to finish second at Southwell on the latest outing and won't be far away if being able to replicate that run here. CHOICE RUNNER (1) has been disappointing of late and failed to finish when pulled up on chase debut at Chepstow three weeks ago. Interesting in a first time tongue strap. BUTCHERS BILL (2) was weakening when falling at Leicester and needs more.
